They begin their journey with a fermentation of 18 to 25 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging takes place for 2 years in large 40 hl French oak barrels. The refinement is done for 8 months in the bottle

From the nose we can find spicy notes. In the mouth it expresses the best of itself with its softness and velvety. The tannins are not aggressive but elegant and sweet. It is ready and pleasant with a tendency to improve over the years.
