Grape Varieties:

Macabeu (45%), Xarel-lo (45%), Parellada (10%)

Marçà, Spain

Aged minimum 24 months in bottle

Vinification:

Traditional method of second fermentation in bottle

Colour:

Pale yellow colour with gold hints. 

Bouquet and Palate:

Continuous formation of bubbles that creates a perfect crown in the wineglass. Aromatically this cava shows mainly ripe white fruits and tree fruits, even spiced hints appears giving a complexity to the aroma. On the palate, this cava taste like toasted notes, ripe fruit (white and yellow), and pastries with a long and elegant aftertaste. The dosage added an original and typical bouquet from our cellar. . 

Food Pairing:

Cava food pairing includes a variety of foods - from seafood and fish to ham, and different types of tapas. It is also possible to pair Cava with desserts, fruits and cheese
