Pale yellow colour with gold hints.
Continuous formation of bubbles that creates a perfect crown in the wineglass. Aromatically this cava shows mainly ripe white fruits and tree fruits, even spiced hints appears giving a complexity to the aroma. On the palate, this cava taste like toasted notes, ripe fruit (white and yellow), and pastries with a long and elegant aftertaste. The dosage added an original and typical bouquet from our cellar. .
