Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights
Opens with hint of almond and then gives way to wild flowers and white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth, it has a sip of good dynamism and a nice freshness on the palate.
Excellent with appetizers and snacks, with shellfish and salads.

Floral notes of wildflowers and orange blossom. On the palate the wine is fresh, well- structured with a pleasant, slightly savoury, mineral finish.

This sparkling wine is a youthful pale yellow to green colour.
Delicate aromas of mush, sherbet, fresh passionfruit and apple. On the palate its bursting with bubbles and summer fruit flavours with a fresh vibrant finish.
Zibibbo is a very aromatic wine and can be paired with shellfish as well as spicy dishes and in particular Indian food. Zibibbo is also perfect as a dessert wine and pairs well with Sicilian Cassata and other traditional Sicilian desserts.
