Our Rosso di Montalcino vineyards do not fear to assert their identity. Their
journey begins with the manual harvesting of the best bunches. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 21-25 days. We continue with the aging in barriques of 225 lt. for 8 months. Refinement in bottle for 4 months.

Cherry red colour
Tasting our Rosso di Montalcino we can find notes of red fruits such as cherry, plum and black cherry.
In the mouth the balance of softness and mineral given by the aging in barriques, makes it a well balanced wine.
Pairs perfectly with pizza, pasta, meat and cheese.
