The aroma opens with an intense bouquet, citrus notes, apricot and linden flowers. Medium body, great balance, with flavours of ripe cherries, golden apple and mango, nice sapidity and a soft finish.
Very versatile Pinot Grigio that could paired with white meat dishes or any fish. It also accompanies beautifully cured meats and egg dishes.

Pale lemon colour.
On the nose is gentle and mineral, with nice flavours of stone fruits and white flowers. Refreshing and easy drinking Chardonnay with a soft and fruity finish, great sapidity on the palate, that makes you want another glass.
This wine is great when paired with any seafood pastas, perfect with intense and soft fish like the monkfish, or with white meats or vegetables as long as with creamy sauce.

Dry and fruity, this wine is very versatile and so the perfect companion when you share different antipasti. Absolutely great with fried fishes and other rich dishes, like cured meats, and pancetta.

Pale lemon colour with greenish highlights
The nose it’s quite intense and complex with herbaceous notes, lime zest, passion fruits, white flower and boxwood. On the palate is harmonious, intense, fruity, crispy and herbaceous. The finish is very persistant and elegant.
The complexity and minerality of this wine makes it pairs very well with any shellfish dishes like spaghetti and lobster. A must try with soft goat cheese, even better if aged.

Deep lemon colour with golden reflections.
The nose is quite intense and soft, with nice flavours of stone fruits and acacia flowers, ripe pear and spicy notes. On the palate has a great softness and intensity of flavours, great structure and complexity.
The wine is great when paired with any seafood pastas, perfect with shellfish. Also, great combination with white meat and mushroom or truffles.

After a soft press, the must has been decanted for 24h at a fixed temperature of10°C, each parcel is kept separated. 3 different parcels aged separately for the first 6-7 months: the first does a skin contact maceration. The second one ages in amphora, the third one stays in 500L conic tonneau. The final blend stays few months in stainless steel to find the perfect balance before bottling.

Maceration and fermentation with controlled temperature, near 25°C.AGING: the wine stays in French oak barriques, medium low toasted for 18 months. At the endwe make a gentle filtration before bottling, then another 6 months of bottle aging.
Very deep ruby colour.
Intense bouquet of forest fruits, blackberry, raspberry and plum, then balsamic, leather and spicy notes in the end. On the palate - soft with an explosion of taste, lot of berries, dark cherries and a pleasant long finish with all the nice roundness that only the very best merlot could deliver.
Great wine for a brasato with truffles or with any red meat steak, even better with a spicy garnish, like the green pepper fillet.The ultimate pairing is with a great quality cheese board at the end of the dinner.
