Notes:

An aromatic and captivating whisky.  The coppery tint is the preamble of an explosion of scents; from pepper to ripe berries and hints of dark chocolate.  The light alcoholic warmth, together with a lasting sweet taste, fills the mouth with nuances of cinnamon, chocolate and raisins.  The final, velvety hint class immediately for a second sip.

Ageing:

Aged 12:

Aged 10 years in a Hogshead  ex-bourbon and then 2 years in Hogshead di pedro Ximénez

Distillery:

Teaninich- Highland, Scottland

Notes:

An elegant and refined whisky.  The fruity and floral scents blend perfectly with a touch of honey, for a fresh and pleasant drink.  The final hint brings back to mind the feeling of a walk during springtime, surrounded by the perfume of orange blossoms, while drinking a lemon sherbet.

Aged 14 years in a Hogshead ex-bourbon

Distillery:

Royal Brackle - Highland, Scottland

Notes:

A direct and unexpected whisky.  A growing flavour that starts from plant aromas, like green pepper and hay, and blends perfectly with the scents of yellow roses and burnt wood.  The peculiar taste of candy brings us back to our childhood and the gentle white flowers give this whisky a delicate and pleasant final hint.

Aged 13 years in a Barrel  ex-bourbon

Loch Lomond Distillery- Highland, Scottland

Notes:

An important and complex whisky.  its' unfolding in the glass takes us through a sensorial journey, from sugar candies, ripe peaches and jasmine flowers to candy floss with the scent of violets and the typical perfumes familiar only to those who have been to a Scottish warehouse.  The final hint deserves a round of applause and remains open to interpretation.

Aged 14 years in a Barrel ex-bourbon

Macduff - Highland, Scottland

1990

Notes:

A broad and refined whisky.  Its' long unfolding in the glass is the result of a joureny that began 30 years ago, with light scents of wildflowers giving space to humid soil and cocoa beans.  It then grows with the aroma of fresh mint and violet.  Perfectly balancing smell and taste, the pastry cream blending with the perfume of acacia honey, this great whisky gains in elegance with traces of incense and eastern fragrances.  The final hint is long and enduring, to be enjoyed without any rush but with a high respect of time, the main ingredient of this whisky.

Aged 30 years in a Barrel  ex-bourbon

Invergordon- Highland, Scottland
